YOL! member Josie O’Connell interviews Rachel, a clinical psychologist from CAHMS and Abi also a member of YOL! about their experiences with mental health during the COVID-19 pandemic. What has the impact of this been on young people and how can we support each other with this? This podcast was a joint collaboration with the Kingston & Richmond Youth Council. There's some really honest, heartfelt talking and very helpful advice across both parts of the podcast.
Please don't struggle alone with your mental health, we have all been affected to differing degrees during the COVID-19 pandemic.
